If the vehicle exhibits problems intermittently and if you are reaching out to Z A Auto Diagnostics to diagnose intermittent concern, it is crucial that you keep the following points in mind in order to maximize the chances for a successful diagnosis. 

• Were any repairs done prior to the start of the problem? 
• How often does the problem occur? 
• Does the problem occur when...
• Is the engine cold or warmed up?
• Highway speeds or idling?
• Accelerating or Decelerating?
• Turning Left or Right?
• Is it wet or cold or hot outside? 

To complete a 100% accurate diagnosis, Z A Auto Diagnostics must be able to replicate the concern. If Z A Auto Diagnostics cannot replicate the concern within the first hour, Z A Auto Diagnostics will not proceed further unless the client requests further testing. Clients will be billed for one hour labor, with a diagnosis "Unable to replicate clients concern."
