Over-The-Air:

To enable Z A Auto Diagnostics remote vehicle connection Over-The-Air, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

1. A stable cellular or WIFI connection is necessary for the vehicle. 

2. The customer's email address must be linked to one of the vehicle owner's Tesla accounts to successfully submit the request. 

3. The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is required.

4. The owner's explicit consent is necessary.

5. A fee will be applied for remote access to the vehicle, which includes extracting vehicles logs and alerts.
